The centre piece denotes a soldier from each era and the medals won by those members over the past 50 years:
Gurkha Army Service Corps 1958 – 1965
The Gurkha Transport Regiment 1965 – 1992
The Queen’s Own Gurkha Transport Regiment 1992 - 2001
The Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment 2001 - 2008
The resident sculptress sculpted the 5 figures, the Company built the base from the customer's drawing in a black lacquered finish and engraved the sterling silver plates which have the titles on of the Regiments and the operations that they served in. There is also a title plate at the front.
