Depicting the classic scene of Cpl P Robinson, RM as the Royal Marines decended upon Port Stanley.
The Falklands Garrison Officers' Mess commissioned the statue to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the Falklands conflict. Unveiled to the Mess by HRH The Earl of Wessex during his visit 13 Jun 07.
The statue stands on a piece of Falklands rock and the detail is, to our knowledge, the only correct one of that era.
